  • Customization does not include theme installation, which is already free for Omni Themes customers.

  • During customization, please avoid modifying your theme files yourself. If changes are needed, inform our team first and make a backup of your store.

  • To perform customization, our developers may need collaborator access to your Shopify store.

  • Customizations are guaranteed only for the specific store we work on.
    Applying them to other stores or after major Shopify updates will require a new project.

How can I upgrade my theme without losing customizations?

Since the Eurus Theme is updated every month with new features and improvements, you might wonder what happens when you upgrade your theme after a customization project.

Customizations do not automatically transfer when you upgrade to a newer theme version. Each version of Eurus comes with new files and code structures, so manual migration is required to maintain your previous changes.

Once your store already has custom work, we recommend not upgrading too frequently. Frequent version changes can overwrite your previous code and require re-implementation of your custom features.
