Our team will contact you to discuss your requirements.
We’ll review your information together and confirm the project scope before moving forward.
Once you approve the proposal, we’ll configure and set up your Shopify store based on the approved layout.
Once your eligibility has been confirmed, complete the Business Insight Form to provide details about your business, products, target customers, and project requirements.
Complete the form within 7 days of your purchase.
Based on your requirements, we’ll prepare a store layout proposal via Figma using the built-in sections and features available in Eurus or Maximize.
Review the proposal and share your feedback – we’ll refine it.
Review the completed setup and let us know if any adjustments are needed.
After that, we’ll hand over your theme and suggest next steps.
SERVICE TERMS
(1) This program is exclusively available to customers who have purchased the Eurus / Maximize Shopify Theme.
(2) Participation is subject to availability, as only a limited number of complimentary consultation slots are available.
(3) Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If all available slots are filled, your request will be placed on a waiting list, and the estimated timeline will be communicated before the project begins.
(4) Applications must be submitted within 7 days of purchasing the theme.

(2) For other standard pages, such as About Us, Contact, FAQ, Customer Service, and Policy pages, we’ll use the built-in page templates available in Eurus or Maximize to ensure consistency and efficiency.
(3) The service covers either Desktop or Mobile design version; optimization on both devices may incur an additional fee.
(4) The service is based on the built-in features, sections, and templates of the Eurus or Maximize theme. Requests that require custom design, custom development, or functionality beyond the theme’s capabilities are not included in this program. If applicable, we’ll review your request and may offer a separate customization service.
(1) We aim to deliver the initial layout proposal within 5 working days. However, actual delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and our current workload (*)
(2) An estimated timeline will be confirmed with you before the project begins.
(1) One round of revision is included.
(2) Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the layout proposal or draft theme setup.
(1) Theme setup will only begin after the proposed layout has been approved by the customer.
(2) If the final layout proposal is not approved after the included revision, the project will conclude without proceeding to theme setup.
(3) Dissatisfaction with the complimentary design consultation or layout proposal does not constitute grounds for a refund of the Eurus or Maximize theme purchase.
Omni Themes reserves the right to determine the scope of the complimentary service and to modify or discontinue this program at any time.

Please refer to Shopify Store Setup & Design service if you don’t use Eurus or need any customization. Leave your information here so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
No. We don’t provide banner or logo design services. Customers are responsible for providing their own images and logo. If your images aren’t ready yet, we’ll use a placeholder image in the initial setup, which you can replace before your store goes live.
It’s not a major problem. We can work with your existing content or use free sample images if needed. However, we recommend uploading all of your complementary products so we can create a design that best fits your store.
The project will only be launched when you are completely satisfied with the results. We will continue to support you if there are any questions.
Please feel free to give us the detail request, we will check it case by case. If it’s small request and not take time, we could include in this service. Otherwises, we’d like to add extra fee.
Once your theme setup is complete, we recommend taking a few final steps before publishing your store.

Check all pages and features included in your selected scope on desktop or mobile. The other device can be configured later using the theme settings.
✓ Replace placeholder content
Update any placeholder images or content with your final assets before publishing.

Verify your store on the browsers most commonly used by your customers before going live.

Even after the store has launched, we’re still there to support you in the first few weeks. Whether you want to make tweaks to the website or have any questions, our team will be there to help. For new requests, in addition to the original project, we will charge additional fees.
The turnaround time depends on our current resources and the number of active requests at the time. If you would like the setup completed sooner than 5 working days, please contact us and we will review your request carefully. Kindly note that the final timeline also depends on your design confirmation and the number of revision rounds needed.
